Their website is easy to use & informative. I had a question which was quickly and fully responded to. delivery was FREE and next day. The towel radiator I bought is top-notch. Their prices are competitive and I especially appreciated no hidden charges, no surprises and judging from the tone of their correspondence really nice people offering a professional skill.
