• Remote Area Surcharge – In rare cases, if your location is difficult to access, we may contact you to adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

Important Notes for International Buyers

• Customs & Duties – Buyers outside the UK may be responsible for import fees, taxes, or duties (especially for EU shipments post-Brexit). Check your local regulations before ordering.

• Shipping Restrictions – Due to carrier limitations, we can only ship:

  • Central heating radiators up to 140cm in height

  • Electric radiators up to 120cm
