We ship primarily with DHL, with Parcelforce used for remote or extended postcode deliveries. All orders include tracking. You will receive order confirmation and invoice emails after purchase, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details. SMS delivery updates are sent if a mobile number is provided. Tracking links allow you to reschedule delivery, leave instructions, or contact the courier directly.

Accessories are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Remote areas: A delivery surcharge applies to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands for larger items. Accessories are not subject to this surcharge.
