Astonishing service

Arrived next day delivery. Faulty part reported, which was replaced the next day by courier delivery. Communication with supplier was excellent. The faulty part was in a sealed box so hard to know if it was damaged during manufacture or after unpacking by me. Myhomeware just wanted to get the item working as soon as possible and did exactly that.

Very good service and quality of product

We opted for the MOA thermostat since it comes on when the power is remotely turned on, but still offers some control. The product illustrations give the wrong impression: I thought the MOA was rather large and might be a bit ugly, but in fact it is small and nice to look at.
