Towel Rail Order

I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. It was the first time using this company Myhomeware online to order a towel rail. It was quite late in the evening as I showed the product to my wife before ordering and then proceeded to order it as my wife left to make tea. I had to suddenly rush out to pick up a family member and left my payment credit card on the table. My wife assumed I hadn't ordered it yet and went ahead and ordered it again. When I got back she told me that she ordered it for me. I quickly looked up the the supplier hoping to see an email address to try and stop them from duplicating the order when I saw an out of hours number to call. I spoke to a gentleman who told me not to worry and he will get one of them cancelled and credit my Mastercard. The credit was back in my account in 4 days, and the Towel Rail turned up with 48 hours. I have never seen a credit been paid to a Mastercard done so quick. Very impressive and a1st class service, and hope that I will have another chance to order from them again.
