IMPORTANT: Do not arrange or begin installation until goods have been received and checked in satisfactory condition.

1. Order Acceptance

A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, or request further information before acceptance.

2. Product Description

Images, descriptions, and specifications are for guidance only. Customers must verify suitability, measurements, and seek professional advice where required before purchase or installation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change due to supplier costs, taxes, or duties.

Full payment must be received and cleared before dispatch. Customers must provide accurate billing details matching their card provider. Incorrect details may delay orders. We only accept UK-registered debit/credit cards.

Delivery is included for Mainland UK. Additional charges apply to certain regions (e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands), shown at checkout.

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee product quality and offer a 5-year warranty against leaks or paint defects. Replacement items will be provided upon proof of purchase and evidence (photo/video).

5. Delivery

Radiators and electric elements are sent via next working day delivery (trackable). Other items are shipped via Royal Mail or EVRI (approx. 3–5 working days).

Deliveries are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays), with occasional Saturday delivery.

Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.

We deliver within the UK. Additional delivery charges apply to certain postcode areas (including BT, GY, HS, JE, ZE, TR, PO30–41, PH, PA, KY, KW, IV, DG, DD, AB, FK).

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and a valid contact number. Failed delivery due to customer unavailability may incur redelivery charges. Changes to delivery details after dispatch may incur additional fees.

International Orders: Where delivery outside the UK is agreed, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. We accept no responsibility for such charges or for delays caused by customs processes.

Pallet Deliveries: Delivered kerbside only. Drivers cannot enter properties. Customers must arrange suitable assistance for handling goods.

Do not install damaged goods. Contact us before refusing or returning items (see Section 6).

6. Returns

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return goods within 30 days.

Unwanted Items

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (recommended tracked & insured)
  • Refund issued within 5 working days of receipt

Deductions may apply if goods or packaging are damaged (without affecting statutory rights).

Damaged Items

  • Do not return without contacting us
  • Report within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos where possible
  • Replacements will be issued

7. Liability

We warrant goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business, or goodwill).

If a defect is discovered after installation and could not reasonably have been identified on delivery, our liability is limited to replacement of the faulty goods.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Copyright

All website content, design, text, and graphics are owned by Myhomeware Limited.

10. Privacy

We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and use customer data to process orders, manage accounts, improve services, and maintain records. We take appropriate measures to keep your information secure and prevent unauthorised access.
